AI usage and billing
The monthly retainer is a management fee that covers setup, operation, monitoring, and optimization of the program. AI usage is not bundled into it: you connect your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others), and the AI cost is billed directly to you by the provider at actual usage. You keep full visibility and control of AI spend, and there are no surprise costs from us.
Scoping call
We agree on the outcome you actually want, the KPIs we report against, and which program fits. Thirty minutes, free, no commitment.
Setup & onboarding
Our team builds the workflows, connects your existing tools, and trains Etzal AI on your business voice and rules. You approve before anything goes live.
Monthly cadence
Ongoing execution with a weekly snapshot and a monthly review. Adjustments roll into the next cycle. You see the result inside Etzal Hub, not in a slide deck.
