From how we craft our pieces to shipping details, here's a quick guide to help you get the most out of your Nestery experience.
Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Standard items typically take 3–4 weeks from order to delivery, while custom pieces may take 6–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the request.
Absolutely! At Nestery, we offer a range of wood finishes and upholstery options. You can select the combination that best fits your home, making each piece uniquely yours. Custom orders usually take slightly longer, as every detail is crafted to your specifications.
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Contact us for a detailed quote for your location.
We source only FSC-certified hardwoods, natural rattan, solid oak, and premium upholstery fabrics. All finishes are water-based and low-VOC for a healthier home environment.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. For upholstered pieces, spot-clean with a mild fabric cleaner. Re-oil wooden surfaces once or twice a year to maintain their natural beauty.
All Nestery pieces come with a 5-year structural warranty. We also offer a dedicated repair service for any damage incurred over the years — because we believe furniture should last generations, not just seasons.
