Is Hub a CRM?
It includes a pipeline and lead management like a CRM, but a CRM is a place to record what your team did manually. Hub does the work - sourcing, scoring, web-presence checks, and drafting outreach - then shows it to you for approval. The CRM is the smallest part of it.
What is the approval gate?
Anything that reaches a customer - an outreach message, a follow-up - waits behind your approval before it sends. The AI prepares everything at machine speed; you make the call. That is the 'the AI works, you approve' model: automation without losing control of your brand.
Does the AI message my prospects without permission?
