Is this a full CRM or just a WhatsApp tool?
A full CRM: pipeline, stages, contacts, campaigns, and analytics - with a WhatsApp-native inbox and an AI layer on top. WhatsApp is where most SEA leads actually reply, so we made it first-class.
Does the AI reply on its own?
You choose. Starter is manual. Growth adds AI suggested replies plus rule-based auto-reply. Enterprise runs the full AI suite (auto-reply, strategy, self-learning) on isolated infrastructure.
Can it bring in leads, not just manage them?
Yes. It integrates with our lead-generation pipeline (forms, ads, and Google Maps scraping) so new leads flow straight into the inbox already scored.
Where does my data live?
On our managed infrastructure by default. Enterprise gets an isolated server and a private database for full data separation.
Does it run on Etzal Hub?
Yes - the AI CRM is part of the Etzal Hub platform, so it shares the same login, billing, and AI brain as your other tools.
